Abstract

Ce chapitre est une analyse des apports, de l'usage et de l'utilité des technologies de l'information et de la communication (TIC) pour partager et échanger des connaissances tacites dans les communautés de pratique (CoP) interentreprises. Comment les technologies de l'information permettent-elles de supporter le management des connaissances tacites des CoP interentreprises ? Les auteurs fondent leur analyse que l'étude longitudinale de trois communautés de pratique animées par la chambre de commerce et d'industrie de Grenoble dans le cadre du projet Ecobiz.
