Abstract

La première partie de ce chapitre présente la rémunération des compétences comme une nouvelle forme d'individualisation des rémunérations. L'objectif est de montrer qu'à travers cette nouvelle pratique les entreprises cherchent avant tout à inciter les salariés non cadres à développer les compétences requises par les emplois. La seconde partie s'intéresse aux problèmes spécifiques d'équité posés par la rémunération des compétences, lesquels constituent des limites au développement de cette nouvelle règle salariale.
