Abstract

Les formes et les déterminants de la mobilité quotidienne des citadins africains restent encore très mal connus. Pourtant, les activités pratiquées, les lieux fréquentés, les moyens de transport utilisés sont autant de signes qui révèlent certaines facettes des modes de vie en milieu urbain. Une enquête réalisée en 1992 auprès de ménages ouagalais permet de repérer des structures de mobilité fortement contrastées qui peuvent être référées aux différences de genre, de lieu de résidence et de revenu.
