Abstract

Pour comprendre les transformations dont est l'objet l'évaluation des qualités du travail dans les entreprises qui ont introduit une démarche compétences, nous proposons de partir de la notion de marché interne et de mobiliser l'approche conventionnaliste. Celle-ci met l'accent sur la nature conventionnelle des règles d'évaluation du travail et sur l'existence d'une pluralité de conventions salariales. Nous cherchons ensuite à caractériser les nouvelles règles d'évaluation et de reconnaissance du travail produites dans les entreprises en lien avec le développement des démarches compétences. Nous insistons sur l'idée que ces règles ne permettent pas de garantir l'équité du traitement des salariés.
