Abstract

In a context of ever changing markets, developiong more and more agile supply chains has become a necessity for most companies evolving in a global environnement. Th review of th literature on supply chain collaboration shows that the ability to develop an agile and demand driven supply chain is directly linked with the ability of the diferent partners ineracting in a supply chain to collaborate. This paper presents a new approach of inter-enterprise collaboration through the concept of collaborative competencies. Though empirical evidence baed on two case studies, we propose o four-dimensions framework that helps to analyse collaboration design and establishment within integrated supply chains.
