Abstract

Cette communication fait le point sur les restructurations en cours au sein d'une catégorie d'acteurs spécifiques au système productif nippon, le groupe multisectoriel (GMS). Elle rappelle d'abord en quoi les GMS apparaissent au plan national comme les promoteurs d'un mode de gouvernance spécifique des activités productives et comme des acteurs dont la sphère d'influence stratégique demeure considérable. Elle voit alors comment, dans la période actuelle, la mondialisation et la crise financière japonaise affectent les GMS. Enfin, elle s'interroge sur l'impact des restructurations en cours et sur les possibilités du maintien ou non d'un mode de gouvernance spécifique.
