Abstract

Peut-on parler d'irréversibilité dans l'évolution des phénomènes liés à l'eau et sinon, peut-on dater, même approximativement, un horizon-seuil à partir duquel le mouvement considéré s'inverserait ? Sur quel espace ces mouvements évoluent-ils pour que la réversibilité devienne cohérente ? Si la réversibilité s'inscrit dans le temps, peut-on alors mettre en évidence une phase de transition historique au cours de laquelle les échelles de décisions ne sont pas données une fois pour toutes ? Faire de la prospective, c'est peut-être tenter de répondre à ces questions. Cela implique l'analyse d'une mosaïque de situations hétérogènes caractérisant les pays méditerranéens, sur des espaces et des échelles de temps variables.
