Abstract

Nous analysons les incidences d'une nouvelle norme, l'efficacité, introduite dans le système de santé en France depuis la crise économique, sur l'organisation de l'espace professionnel médical. Nous montrons que ce "référent sectoriel" peut donner lieu à des traductions diverses par les organisations professionnelles et contribuer ainsi à un repositionnement et une légitimation des différents segments d'activité médicale. Ce repositionnement entre en jeu dans la négociation de la convention médicale.
