Abstract

La croissance économique est l'une des questions centrales de l'analyse économique. Celle-ci s'efforce d'en trouver l'origine et les facteurs déterminants, de la mesurer et d'expliquer éventuellement les différences de profil d'évolution entre les pays. La production de séries statistiques longues permet de s'affranchir d'un constat purement conjoncturel, soumis à des aléas pour envisager les véritables trends ou tendances lourdes des économies considérées.Nous verrons dans une première partie les développements théoriques relatifs à la croissance ainsi que les travaux plus appliqués sur cette question avant de procéder dans une seconde partie à des estimations économétriques de la relation croissance économique et infrastructures de transport au niveau de différents pays.
