Abstract

Dans un contexte de croissance des disparités sociales et spatiales, la question de l'accessibilité de tous à la ville et à ses services est posée, notamment pour les personnes à plus faible revenu. La question des inégalités en matière de mobilité, abordée tout d'abord à un niveau global, à travers les indicateurs usuels de la mobilité (nombre de déplacements, distances parcourues, budget-temps) se réduit de fait essentiellement à une inégalité dans l'accès à la voiture particulière. Une analyse des évolutions en matière de politique tarifaire des réseaux de transports collectifs urbains au cours des dix dernières années, couplée à une enquête auprès des structures d'accueil et d'insertion des agglomérations de Lyon, Nancy et Nantes seront présentées et complétées par une série d'entretiens auprès des personnes en situation de précarité afin de mieux qualifier et quantifier les difficultés liées au transport.
