Abstract

La question de la gestion locale de l'emploi est au coeur des deux objectifs prioritaires des politiques actuelles de développement en Afrique : la lutte contre la pauvreté d'une part, la recherche d'une meilleure gouvernance d'autre part. C'est ce que nous voudrions montrer dans cette communication en focalisant nos observations sur la réalité des pays d'Afrique subsaharienne.
