Abstract

Cette présentation fait le point sur une recherche financée par le PREDIT et la DRAST. Le LET (Laboratoire d'Economie des Transports) et l'ATOM (Centre d'Analyse Théorique des Organisations et des Marchés) collaborent à ce projet.L'objet de celui-ci est d'établir une relation entre les pratiques de régulation mises en œuvre dans chacun des réseaux de transport urbains et les résultats qu'il est possible d'observer en matière de service et de mesurer ainsi l'efficacité relative des différents réseaux au regard des configurations institutionnelles dans lesquelles se sont noués les contrats explicites et implicites entre les autorités organisatrices et les opérateurs de transport.Cette recherche est fondée sur l'analyse conjointe d'une base de données caractérisant les réseaux de transports urbains en France (base GART, CERTU, UTP) et des contrats de transport urbain.
