E-learning en communautés isolés. Une méthodologie pour étudier le problème du double isolement de l'apprenant en e-learning

Abstract

L'éducation c'est un chemin pour améliorer les compétences des entreprises. Elle permet aux individus d'avoir complet accès à l'éducation et une meilleure participation en la société. Dans régions isolés, e-learning peut aider à améliorer des compétences technologiques. Cependant, bien que l'e-learning montre des alternatives des solutions à nombreux problèmes, il présent aussi des problèmes aux gestionnaires. Des taux élevés d'abandon ou d'échec scolaire sont des problèmes en e-learning. Recherche montre que des sentiments d'isolement de l'apprenant en processus d'e-learning sont causes d'abandon et d'échec. Lorsque des organisations introduisent e-learning dans régions isolés, il émerge un autre problème, un double sentiment d'isolement lié aux conditions géographiques. Cet article montre une méthodologie pour construire un modèle pour déterminer qu'est-ce que fassent les organisations pour lutter face au double sentiment d'isolation et quels sont leurs résultats.
