Abstract

La diversité des syndicats de salariés n'entrave-t-elle pas leur capacité à intervenir dans les mécanismes de gouvernement des entreprises en France ? La démonstration ressort par la mise en lumière d'un entremêlement entre syndicalisme et politique, source de division. On est alors conduit à scruter les conséquences du comportement syndical sur le gouvernement des entreprises. Il apparaît que les schémas de fonctionnement et de gouvernance des représentations du personnel s'en trouvent affectés. Cette spécificité française n'est pas neutre. Des effets plus profonds sont décelables. La redéfinition intellectuelle des emplois permettrait-t-elle une novation des relations sociales ? L'alarme est d'ordre économique et social. Le risque est également de freiner le renforcement de l'Union Européenne.
