Abstract

Le projet Part'@ge (EQUAL) porté par le LEPII porte sur le thème de la capacité d'adaptation et, plus particulièrement, sur la formation tout au long de la vie. Il vise à expérimenter des possibilités d'amélioration du travail des seniors et de valorisation de leurs savoirs et de leur expérience ; et ce, à travers la mise en place d'un dispositif de transfert croisé de compétences. Le projet consiste à qualifier et à professionnaliser réciproquement les personnels jeunes et âgés. À mi parcours du programme, quelques résultats méthodologiques ressortent. La mise en place de formations permettant des transferts de compétences croisés au sein d'une entreprise a des implications plus générales sur la gestion du personnel dans son ensemble. Elle a notamment des répercussions dans trois domaines exposés dans ce texte : la communication, l'organisation du travail et la gestion des carrières.
