Abstract

L'objectif de cette communication est d'esquisser les enjeux, portées et obstacles liés à une décision d'implantation et de développement des activités économiques en Chine. La problématique retenue est de montrer la complexité à construire un plan stratégique stable et cohérent pour développer une activité sur les territoires tant l'évolution du contexte d'implantation est rapide. En matière de méthode, la question qui a guidé la recherche est la suivante : quels sont les principaux avantages et obstacles rencontrés par les investisseurs français en Chine et de quelle manière sont-ils amenés à piloter leur structure ? Cette question a été analysée sur la base d'une étude statistique (36 entreprises françaises implantées en Chine) puis d'entretiens ouverts afin d'identifier les facteurs déterminants incitant à une implantation en Chine. L'objectif est ici d'identifier quelques lignes directrices des résultats.
