Abstract

L'article dresse un bilan de la littérature consacrée à la mise en évidence des comportements concurrentiels des gouvernements locaux de même échelon. Les travaux recensés s'articulent autour de deux axes principaux. Les premiers tests sont fondés sur les déterminants des choix de localisation. Les seconds modélisent directement les comportements publics locaux.
