Abstract

Alors que l'on s'interroge sur l'avenir et la désirabilité de l'usage de la voiture dans la mobilité quotidienne des pays du Sud, on tend parfois à minimiser une forme de motorisation déjà bien avancée dans certains pays, la motorisation via les deux-roues à moteur. Après une présentation du contexte urbain, l'auteur dégagera les caractéristiques de la mobilité quotidienne et s'interrogera sur les possibilités d'une politique de transports favorisant une complémentarité entre les deux-roues et les transports collectifs.
