Abstract

L'objet de cette communication est de mettre en perspective deux types de territoires cohabitant au sein de l'organisation. Le premier - fonctionnel - est issu de la définition des postes, responsabilités et compétences au sein de l'organigramme de l'entreprise. Le second - applicatif - repose sur la définition des habilitations et profils d'accès à la base de données et aux applications du système d'information de gestion intégré. Nous nous appuierons sur les travaux de Nizet et Pichaux (2001) synthétisant les contributions abordant la coordination inter-unités et sur ceux de Markus (2000, 2001) sur l'intégration du système d'information de gestion. Notre approche est essentiellement qualitative et repose sur une étude de cas montrant l'implantation d'un PGI généraliste (Production, Marketing, Achat, Contrôle de Gestion, RH) au sein d'un groupe logistique. Nous nous appuierons sur le déploiement du module RH et soulignerons les rôles respectifs et parfois contre-productifs de la DRH et de la DSI dans le re-engineering de la fonction.
