Abstract

La veille est couramment définie comme un processus informationnel. Cet article dépasse ce cadre d'analyse et étudie la veille comme un système cybernétique. L'objectif est de proposer une étude détaillée de ses composantes. La veille est abordée au travers de ses missions et résultats. L'article questionne les entrées et sorties du processus de veille ainsi que leur relation réciproque. Il identifie les ressources informationnelles, technologiques, organisationnelles et humaines nécessaires au système cybernétique de veille. Il aborde les aspects financiers et identifie des facteurs clés de succès et d'échec de la veille
