Abstract

Ce premier tome regroupe des communications s'intéressant à la question de l'emploi des seniors et plus généralement au marché du travail. Le taux d'activité des plus de 50 ans est la résultante de l'interaction entre le comportement des employeurs, le comportement des actifs potentiels de plus de 50 ans et les incitations générées par les politiques publiques. Il est nécessaire d'avoir compris le rôle de chacun de ces trois facteurs pour juger de la pertinence des réformes envisagées tant du point de vue de l'efficacité (augmentation du taux d'emploi) que du point de vue normatif.
