Abstract

Innover dans les méthodes de recherche, c'est s'ouvrir à de nouvelles voies pour la recherche en sciences de gestion.Cet ouvrage présente les dernières avancées méthodologiques, principalement en gestion des ressources humaines et management, mais également en marketing, stratégie et finance. Souvent empruntées à d'autres disciplines – psychométrie, psychologie, sociologie, anthropologie, économétrie, statistiques – les méthodes de recherche en sciences de gestion s'enrichissent et innovent. C'est pourquoi l'ouvrage réunit des auteurs venant de différentes disciplines des sciences sociales et humaines.Les différents chapitres traitent tant de méthodes qualitatives que quantitatives, en se focalisant sur les plus importantes d'entre elles. Ils sont complétés de présentations méthodologiques, de cas pratiques et d'analyses épistémologiques. Le style didactique, pratique et précis permet au lecteur de développer une bonne maîtrise des méthodes, des instruments et des outils pour conduire des recherches ou des travaux d'expertise dans le domaine des sciences de gestion, et, plus largement, des sciences sociales et humaines. L'ouvrage s'adresse aux étudiants de 2e et 3e cycles universitaires, aux enseignants-chercheurs et aux techniciens et experts conduisant des études empiriques pour le compte d'entreprises ou d'institutions publiques.
