Stratégies d'adoption e-learning et pratiques de formation de grandes entreprises

Abstract

Cet article présente les résultats de notre recherche tels qu'ils apparaissaient début 2003. La démarche inductive préconisée par la Grounded Theory est appliquée aux motifs d'adoption du e-learning présents dans les retours d'expérience. On insiste sur le fait que selon les entreprises la décision d'adoption est plus ou moins contrainte, ou libre. Elle dépend largement de la cohérence entre l'environnement technologique, la qualité du système d'information et les pratiques de formation des entreprises.
