Les transformations de la négociation collective et de l'organisation syndicale en Italie

Abstract

Le système centralisé de négociation fut remis en cause par la C.I.S. dès 1953 par le moyen des accords de productivité passés dans l'entreprise. D'abord réticentes, la C.G.I.L. et VU.I.L. devaient en admettre le principe peu après. Malgré l'obstacle majeur d'un manque de responsables compétents, les fédérations de la métallurgie poursuivirent l'expérience, pour lutter contre le centralisme de leur propre confédération d'abord, et pour tenir compte d'un mouvement revendicatif de base, fondé sur le poste et la vie de travail, ensuite. Conséquence inattendue des accords de productivité , le mouvement récent des délégués modifie l'équilibre des forces en présence et peut transformer le système italien des relations industrielles.
