La « vibecoding fatigue » : épuisés par l’IA, les développeurs informatiques inventent leurs propres parades

Abstract

Les développeurs les plus en pointe avec l'intelligence artificielle générative décrivent une fatigue d'un genre nouveau, la « vibecoding fatigue » ou « AI brain fry » : la lassitude de valider sans arrêt le travail d'une machine qui ne s'arrête jamais. L'article rapproche les témoignages de forums de praticiens, les enquêtes de l'Upwork Research Institute et la première étude savante sur le sujet (mars 2026), puis décrit les parades que les développeurs inventent pour ne pas se laisser soumettre par l'IA. Il montre enfin pourquoi cette fatigue pourrait gagner tous les métiers du langage, des journalistes aux juristes en passant par les traducteurs, en lien avec une enquête menée depuis 2023 auprès d'entreprises de services du numérique françaises.
