Abstract

Cette communication présente une réflexion sur le changement de paradigme associé au développement de l'Internet des objets dans le secteur de la santé, à partir d'une application menée au sein de l'hôpital Bichat-Claude Bernard. Elle s'appuie sur une expérimentation en environnement hospitalier visant à étudier l'intégration d'objets connectés dans les pratiques et l'organisation des soins. L'analyse porte notamment sur les usages susceptibles d'être associés à ces technologies, leurs conditions d'intégration dans l'environnement hospitalier et les transformations organisationnelles qu'elles peuvent accompagner. Une attention particulière est accordée aux enjeux liés à l'acceptation des dispositifs par les professionnels de santé, à leur appropriation dans les pratiques quotidiennes ainsi qu'aux conditions nécessaires à leur déploiement. Cette étude de terrain permet ainsi d'interroger les opportunités et les limites de l'Internet des objets appliqué à l'hôpital et, plus largement, les transformations induites par la numérisation croissante des organisations de santé.
