Abstract

Cette recherche examine comment les analystes de renseignement, dans de petites organisations en Europe, mobilisent et adaptent des outils analytiques face à des menaces complexes. S'appuyant sur Simon (rationalité limitée), Hatchuel (théorie C-K), Feldman (routines dynamiques) et Norman (artefacts cognitifs), elle explore la tension entre standardisation organisationnelle et flexibilité adaptative. La méthodologie combine analyse des artefacts et protocoles verbaux pour saisir l'écart entre procédures formelles (ostensif) et pratiques réelles (performatif). Les contributions attendues incluent une théorisation contribution à la théorie des routines analytiques en contexte d'incertitude et la production d'un artefact cognitif opérationnel pour l'analyse de menaces.
