Abstract

Le but de cette session (1 heure) 2 -Engager un débat sur la façon dont la PAC a orienté l'agriculture française sur les dernières décennies, dans ses dimensions technique, économique et social pour prendre en compte les défis climatique et environnemental. Chacun des trois intervenants dispose de 10 à 12 minutes pour mettre en lumière les principaux points saillants, les moments de rupture et l'écart entre les objectifs, les moyens et les résultats (du moins selon leur point de vue). Cette séquence doit laisser une large place aux questions des participants (en présentiel et en distanciel). C'est l'occasion de procéder à un regard croisé entre disciplines.
