Abstract

Notre réflexion concerne les modalités opérationnelles du déploiement d'une démarche de Développement Durable et Responsabilité Sociétale (DD&RS) au sein d'une zone grise : cet espace de la transformation sociale contemporaine du business model des établissements d'enseignement supérieur et de recherche (EESR), et l'implantation de nouvelles logiques d'organisation subjective apporteuses de sens et d'une vision. La réussite d'une telle démarche transformatrice associera puissance du leadership et deux critères d'efficacité, l'un extrinsèque : la robustesse organisationnelle et individuelle psychologique, l'autre : l'exaptation afin de faire émerger de manière non intentionnelle une affordance radicalement nouvelle. Au leader, une telle approche apporte la capacité de piloter le premier apprentissage d'ordre cognitif au sein de son groupe où s'opèrent un processus de transfert et une appropriation cognitive du fantasme de l'auteur, un second apprentissage quand vient le moment de l'interprétation de l'interprétation des différentes parties prenantes.
