Abstract

Face aux limites planétaires, substituer au fétichisme de la croissance une grammaire de la robustesse exige des indicateurs capables de révéler la fiabilité d'une organisation à l'épreuve de multiples chocs. Les travaux sur les High Reliability Organizations (HRO) – les organisations à haute fiabilité – offrent une piste opérationnelle pour concevoir des alternatives à la seule préoccupation pour la performance financière (Bedin, 2016 ; Cantu et al., 2021 ; Haslam et al., 2022).
