Abstract

La politique commerciale de la seconde administration Trump constitue une rupture avec les engagements internationaux des Etats-Unis et un séisme pour le système commercial multilatéral. Son effet déstabilisant est renforcé par les excédents commerciaux démesurés de la Chine, qui ont doublé depuis la crise sanitaire de 2020. Nous entrons dans une nouvelle ère marquée par une érosion des normes au pro®t de logiques transactionnelles. Pour l'Europe, le défi est de taille.
