Abstract

La directive européenne sur la transparence des rémunérations entre dans son processus d'adoption en France, suscitant les espoirs des salariés et quelques réticences des employeurs, notamment du fait de sa complexité et de son coût. Au-delà de ces aspects, elle renvoie à des questions moins visibles mais plus complexes sur la nature et les effets des outils de gestion.
