Abstract

Compte-tenu des enjeux liés à la durabilité et au cycle de vie des produits, la compréhension des comportements post-usages est une préoccupation grandissante des chercheurs en sciences de gestion. Une littérature fournie peut être mobilisée dans l'objectif d'étudier les comportements post-usages. Cependant, celle-ci présente des travaux épars et convoque des cadres conceptuels qui dialoguent peu entre eux. Ce travail propose donc de distinguer précisément les théories principales permettant d'appréhender ce sujet : la dépossession volontaire, la valeur résiduelle perçue et les théories portant sur les pratiques de dépossession. A travers une revue de littérature narrative, les apports spécifiques de ces différentes théories sont soulignés puis mis en perspective dans le but de renouveler les approches dédiées à la compréhension des comportements post-usages.
