Abstract

En ce début de XXI e siècle, la France est-elle toujours en mesure de jouer un rôle important dans les bouleversements géopolitiques à l'échelle mondiale ? Plusieurs siècles d'engagement politique en faveur de la démocratie et des droits de l'homme ne lui suffisent plus pour imposer sa vision du monde. La course à la suprématie technologique, plus particulièrement dans le domaine de l'intelligence artificielle, dessine les contours d'une nouvelle réalité géopolitique centrée sur l'innovation. Longtemps fer de lance de l'innovation scientifique en Europe, la France parviendra-t-elle à rester dans cette course à la suprématie technologique et à conserver son autonomie stratégique ?
