Abstract

Dans un contexte récent de réingénierie de la formation des aides-soignants et à venir pour les infirmiers où les notions de travail en équipe et de communication émergent fortement, un management du cadre de santé encourageant la collaboration entre ces deux métiers est prioritaire. Ses formes peuvent être multiples et les bénéfices pour la qualité des soins et le renforcement d'une dynamique d'équipe sont indéniables. Cet article propose un retour expérientiel et réflexif sur les différentes approches de la collaboration. Plan Penser, accompagner la mise en œuvre de la collaboration -- Impliquer les équipes -- Observation et analyse du fonctionnement du service -- Clarification des rôles et valorisation des compétences -- Organisation du travail grâce au management participatif -- Développement des compétences communicationnelles -- Gestion des tensions et médiation -- Valorisation et reconnaissance du travail d'équipe Développer d'autres formes de collaboration -- Collaborer autour de la démarche qualité -- Collaborer dans le champ de la formation et de l'accueil des étudiants Conclusion
