Abstract

La collaboration entre infirmier(ère)s et aides-soignant(e)s en psychiatrie est fondamentale pour garantir une qualité des soins optimale et améliorer la prise en soins des patients. Le cadre de santé peut être un acteur clé dans le développement de ce travail d'équipe. Il facilite les échanges, structure et dynamise la collaboration interprofessionnelle. Au-delà de son rôle de gestionnaire, le cadre de santé favorise la posture d'engagement des soignants, levier essentiel du travail collaboratif.
