Abstract

La gestion de l'absentéisme reste une action managériale semée d'embûches. La création d'une pyramide décisionnelle à destination des managers de proximité, pour l'ensemble d'un pôle offre de nombreux avantages tant pour l'encadrement supérieur que de proximité mais également pour les soignants. Il offre une référence partagée à l'ensemble des professionnels tout en garantissant une équité et une diminution de la charge mentale au sein des différentes unités de soins du pôle.
