Abstract

9ième Congrès Mondial du SIDIIEF - L'innovation infirmière moteur des transformations en santé – 2025 Type de communication : Orale Thématique de la session / nom de la session / date : SS033 GOUVERNANCE ET LEADERSHIP / Transformation des pratiques infirmières / Mardi 06 juin 2025 Introduction : Si le sujet du leadership est plus ancien dans les pays anglo-saxons, en France, il devient un sujet d'actualité, notamment depuis 2018, avec l'introduction du leadership clinique dans la formation des Infirmier(e)s en Pratique Avancée et prochainement, en septembre 2026, avec la réingénierie de la formation infirmière qui va intégrer le leadership dans l'un des cinq domaines de compétences. Dans ce contexte évolutif, la récente coordination d'un ouvrage sur le leadership en santé, a permis de donner la parole à 31 auteurs dans 27 textes afin d'apporter un regard pluriprofessionnel et pluridisciplinaire sur ce sujet d'actualité. L'objectif de la communication proposée au congrès mondial du SIDIIEF est d'interroger le leadership, pas seulement sous l'angle clinique ou infirmier, mais à travers une réflexion plus écosystémique afin d'identifier quelles pourraient être les principales dimensions et les attributs associés du leadership en santé.
