Abstract

A partir de février 2020, la crise du COVID-19 a donné lieu à de nombreuses décisions publiques, certaines ayant été fortement débattues, à l'image du maintien du premier tour des élections municipales. A la lumière de la théorie des perspectives, nous expliquons comment le décideur public a été amené à prendre des décisions plutôt risquées, mais également des décisions inversement très prudentes.
