Abstract

La mutualisation constitue un acte de management transverse, qui suscite l'engouement d'acteurs économiques. Souvent pensée comme la simple mise en communs de moyens et/ou de ressources, elle vise souvent à réduire les coûts ou à réduire les risques. Or, l'état de l'art lève le voile sur une acception de la mutualisation peu mobilisée en sciences de gestion, tournée vers la solidarité. A travers la figure de la mutuelle, elle constitue une innovation sociale. Dans le champ de la GRH, cette forme de mutualisation prend corps dans la mutuelle de travail, qui aspire à créer une forme de solidarité intermédiaire pour les travailleurs. L'étude de deux dispositifs d'emploi territoriaux, un groupement d'employeurs et un club d'entreprises, montre comment ces dispositifs de GRH-Territoriale contribuent, à travers des pratiques RH mutualistes, à créer, au moins en partie, des modalités de protection et de solidarité territoriale. Or, le rapprochement avec la mutuelle de travail reste partiel, du fait d'une gouvernance encore cloisonnée.
