Abstract

Cette recherche examine comment l'intelligence artificielle fait l'objet de régulations au sein des espaces organisationnels de dialogue. En s'appuyant sur la théorie de la régulation sociale de Jean-Daniel Reynaud, cette étude de cas qualitative fondée sur des entretiens, des observations et l'analyse de documents met en évidence que ces espaces de dialogue constituent des arènes de confrontation où s'articulent trois formes distinctes de régulation. Les résultats montrent que l'IA, loin de constituer un objet technique neutre, représente un enjeu majeur de régulation qui réactive les tensions traditionnelles entre régulation de contrôle et régulation autonome, tout en introduisant des dynamiques spécifiques. Cette étude propose aux managers une approche régulationniste de la gouvernance technologique qui privilégie la confrontation productive au détriment de la recherche d'un consensus artificiel.
