Abstract

Ce vade-mecum présente une synthèse des principales règles applicables aux droits patrimoniaux de la personne protégée. Il expose les pouvoirs respectifs de la personne protégée, du curateur, du tuteur, du subrogé tuteur et du juge, en distinguant les actes d'administration, de disposition et conservatoires. L'ouvrage intègre les évolutions législatives et jurisprudentielles récentes ainsi que les pratiques professionnelles relatives à la gestion patrimoniale, à la protection de la volonté de la personne vulnérable et à la vérification des comptes de gestion. Il constitue un outil de travail destiné aux magistrats, avocats, notaires, mandataires judiciaires, professionnels qualifiés et conseillers en gestion de patrimoine
