Abstract

Osez le management par les processus dans votre entreprise ! Ces dernières années, de nombreuses perturbations ont touché les organisations du monde entier. Dans un contexte " VICA "où règnent Volatilité, Incertitude, Complexité et Ambiguïté, les managers doivent revoir leur mode d'organisation, casser les silos, se diriger vers plus de transversalité et d'agilité.
