Abstract

Cette communication se propose d'étudier dans quelle mesure les ressources territoriales facilitent le développement d'initiatives locales de valorisation des ressources naturelles. Pour traiter cette question, nous proposons dans un premier temps une revue de littérature des travaux de Philippe Descola (2016) et de Michel Callon (1986), et dans un deuxième temps une mise en relation avec la théorie de l'économie des proximités, qui met en lumière les ressources spécifiques territoriales (RST), construites avec et par le territoire, ancrées dans un « patrimoine territorial » et donc non-délocalisables (Colletis et Pecqueur, 2018). Dans un troisième temps, nous proposons de tirer des enseignements à partir d'une étude de cas comparative issue de l'expérience d'une association, WeMoov, engagée en faveur de la mobilité inclusive et durable au niveau local.
