Citizen engagement in a proactive approach to skills development in line with the needs of the international labor market is at the center of the Bologna process. It shares the concerns of the socio-economic world that seeks to recruit candidates with skills related to their business needs, and the approaches of universities that aim to promote, through learning, assessment, and presentation skills, the construction of students' career paths and their professional integration. This article presents some innovations introduced by universities such as ePortfolios to facilitate the link between students' skills and those expected by employers. Rapidly evolving career profiles, as well as the diversity of their skills descriptions, make it difficult to match job offers with the skills required by recruiters. The professionalization of today's students requires additional innovations : the construction of a "currency" to facilitate the exchange between actors related to skills and a tool for students to better position themselves dynamically on career plans adapted to their evolving professional project all along their life
