Abstract

Les troubles musculosquelettiques (TMS) s'imposent comme une préoccupation majeure de santé au travail. Ils affectent un nombre de salariés et perturbent le bon fonctionnement des entreprises. En dépit des actions menées par les politiques publiques, le phénomène ne cesse de croître. Les TMS offrent une résistance aux pratiques de prévention habituellement en vigueur dans les entreprises. L'ANACT explore d'autres voies ; elle propose d'inscrire la démarche de prévention des TMS dans une perspective durable pour garantir des résultats. Cet ouvrage étudie les leviers à investiguer : l'organisation du travail et les gestes professionnels. Il propose également des outils et des indicateurs pour réduire les difficultés à concevoir des situations de travail favorables à la santé. Enfin, il met à disposition un outil d'évaluation du dispositif de prévention des TMS.
