Abstract

Dans un environnement incertain et complexe, la confiance émerge comme un déterminant crucial de la performance et de la pérennité organisationnelles. La capacité des dirigeants à créer un climat de confiance revêt ainsi un caractère stratégique indispensable pour les entreprises. En ce sens, l'objectif de notre article est donc d'étudier comment les compétences émotionnelles des dirigeants favorisent-elles la création d'un climat de confiance ? Pour cela, nous avons mené une étude qualitative à travers 30 entretiens semi-directifs individuels avec des interlocuteurs exerçant des fonctions de direction. Nos principaux résultats mettent en lumière comment les compétences émotionnelles individuelles des dirigeants peuvent, à travers trois mécanismes convergents, générer des effets systémiques sur l'organisation dans son ensemble créant ainsi un climat organisationnel de confiance.
