On n'y trouvera pas la réponse sur ce qu'est la démocratie en entreprise ou comment l'instaurer mais avant tout, et sans doute encore mieux, des idées, des inspirations, des réflexions, des témoignages et surtout une énergie, des raisons d'espérer, une force pour s'opposer ou avancer.
