Abstract

Récemment, un Service Départemental d'Incendie et de Secours (SDIS) a déployé un système de prédiction des interventions fondé sur l'intelligence artificielle (IA), croisant des données historiques et des données en temps réel pour anticiper les opérations. Son déploiement s'inscrit dans un contexte de modernisation numérique et de mutation des risques, marqué par l'augmentation des secours à victimes et la multiplication d'événements climatiques extrêmes. Ce cas permet d'explorer les enjeux de l'introduction de l'IA dans la gestion des risques d'un SDIS où la fiabilité des décisions est cruciale. Il incite les étudiants à adopter une posture critique, en se questionnant sur les implications du déploiement de l'IA dans les services publics.
