Abstract

Cet article analyse les pratiques des dirigeants de TPE brésiliennes ayant bénéficiés d'un microcrédit à travers le prisme de la performance globale et durable de l'entreprise (Savall et Zardet, 1987, 2010) et de la Nomenclature d'Activités de l'Entrepreneur (Rouveure, 2017, 2018). Il met en évidence une concentration du temps de travail des dirigeants sur des activités à résultats immédiats au détriment de celles à création de potentiel. Cet focalisation entretient une boucle court-termiste qui limite la performance globale et durable des entreprises.
